TMD Treatment
By learning how to relax, avoid clenching, straining, grinding of your jaw or opening your mouth too wide. We will teach you how to exercise and massage your muscles gently, apply a warm compress, eat a softer diet, or how to use occasional occlusal splints to gain relief. Though available, surgery is rarely performed.
